§     Provided Construction and Real Estate Owner Representation services to major Fortune 100 companies.  Services included Project Management of Site Acquisition, Due Diligence, Design & Development and Commercial Construction. 

§     Detroit Medical Center – Owner’s Rep and Project Manager for $48 million expansion of Huron Valley Sinai Hospital.

§     General Motors Corporation/L&A Architects – Program Manager for Due Diligence,  Design Development and Construction of GM 2000 Design dealership facilities in the continental United States.

·         Ford Motor Company/Ford Land – Assisted in site acquisition and implemented the Design and Construction of Ford’s prototype dealerships by establishing and leading teams of architects, contractors, suppliers and owners in:

1.       2001 – Taiwan, Thailand & South Africa

2.       2002 – China – established the first twenty seven Ford dealerships in China.

3.       2002 – Brazil – renovated and built new, a combination of sixty-seven dealerships that “changed the face of Ford in Brazil”.

4.       2003 to 2005 – United States – assisted ten dealers in acquiring sites and constructing the new Lincoln Mercury Gallery Design dealership facility.

·         Worked for Trammell Crow Company in Minnesota

·         Property Manager and Project A/E at Ford Motor Co., Dealership Real Estate Office (Ford Land).  Responsible for Leasing, Sales, Property Management and Disposal of commercial property.
